Confidentiality and Non-Retaliation

Reports may be submitted anonymously. Anonymous reports will be handled with the same diligence as identified reports, though please note that anonymous submissions cannot receive follow-up contact from our team.

Victory Square Partners strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports a concern or participates in an investigation. Any retaliation will itself be treated as a serious violation of company policy.

Please include as much detail as possible -- the nature of the concern, relevant dates, individuals involved (if known), and any supporting documentation you are able to share (.pdf, .jpg, .png files are accepted).

If you previously reported this matter through another internal channel, please indicate that in your submission.


What Happens After You Report

All reports are reviewed by designated personnel and investigated appropriately. We are committed to:

  • Acknowledging receipt of your report (if contact information is provided)
  • Conducting a fair and thorough investigation
  • Taking appropriate corrective action where warranted
  • Protecting the confidentiality of the reporter to the maximum extent possible
