Session 01

AI Your Engineering

Getting your engineers working as a team.

Three operating models. One engineering organization. A 94% reduction in release cycle time. This session traces what actually changed -- and what didn't -- when a real software team moved from traditional delivery to AI-assisted development. The data is from the field. The lesson is the same every time: as AI commoditizes output, human judgment becomes the scarce and valuable resource in the room.

Session 02

AI Your Departments

Using AI in concert across multiple teams.

Most SDD conversations stay in the abstract. This one doesn't. Over five months, spec-driven development was embedded across multiple product teams on live codebases. The method: embed with real teams, on real work, and leave behind a process the organization runs on its own. The result: the most complex codebase adopted fastest, and engineering leads began building their own agents before the engagement ended.

Session 03

AI Your Business

Synchronizing efforts from tech and your business.

Across six brands, twelve source systems, and 370K CRM contacts, a director of digital marketing changed how they worked before the data infrastructure caught up. This session traces what that actually looked like: questions that went from weeks to minutes, writing specs an engineer can build from without a PM in the middle, and what it means to keep yourself in the loop when AI is doing more of the work. Structured as a live Q&A with three questions -- including one about where the friction really was.

Session 04

AI Your ROI

Measuring what AI actually does to the bottom line.

For small, specialized investment teams, technology isn't a competitive advantage -- it's core infrastructure. Off-the-shelf tools don't cover the workflow, and custom development means handing something essential to an outside team. This session is an honest conversation about what that trust relationship actually looks like: the decision to build custom, what it takes to choose the right partner, and what an agentic workflow built specifically for fund administration looks like in practice.
