Two parts. One evening.
The Technical Talk
Each session features a deep-dive presentation from the engineering world. Subjects span DevOps, Web, Mobile, Cloud, and adjacent domains. The goal is a comprehensive perspective that crosses the full development lifecycle - not introductory overviews.
The Networking Session
After the talk, engineers move to an informal session in the garden. Food and drinks provided. This is where methodologies get debated, approaches get challenged, and the conversations that do not fit in a Slack channel finally happen in person.

What to expect.
Step 1: Doors open
Arrive, get settled. Grab a drink, find your people. Informal introductions before the main event.
Step 2: Technical talk
A focused talk from an engineer in the community - a guest speaker or VSP engineer presenting real work, real tradeoffs, real decisions.
Step 3: Q&A
The presenter takes questions. This tends to be where things get interesting - the follow-up questions are often better than the talk.
Step 4: Garden networking session
Move outside. Food and drinks. No agenda. Just engineers talking to engineers.
